You'll hear from us when someone you sent books, and again if they sign. No quota, and no selling on your part.
What you earn
10% of every referral's setup fee, plus 10% of their first three monthly payments.
Paid out of what your referral actually pays us, within 14 days of each payment we receive. If they never sign, nothing is owed either way. Work out what yours are worth:

Uses our starting prices; bigger builds pay more. The fee is always 10% of what the client pays for setup and their first three months.
